This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item purchased from our online store.
Conditions for Return
- You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- The item must be in unused and undamaged condition. If you received a damaged item, please see the “Damaged Items” section below.
Reasons for Return
- You received an incorrect item.
- The item is faulty or defective.
- You changed your mind (see exceptions below).
Exceptions
- We cannot accept returns for software, opened software packages, or downloadable products due to the possibility of copying.
- Custom-built computers, Used Items or Specifically configured hardware cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective.
- If you Changed your mind, the item should be in original condition sealed and unused (Note: Shipping fees will be deducted from total amount).
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team by email at info@store.tzaneen-pc-tech.co.za to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and the RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us to the address we provided in the communication.
- Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Locally Sourced Products: Return cost for products sourced within South Africa are absolutely FREE.
- Internationally Sourced Products: For items that are sourced internationally, a return cost and handling fee of approximately R300 will apply. This cost helps cover the expenses associated with shipping and processing.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 days.
- For returns due to a change of mind, we will refund the purchase price of the item, but not the original shipping cost.
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@store.tzaneen-pc-tech.co.za to report the damage.
- We will arrange for the return of the damaged item and send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Warranty
- Many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to the product documentation for warranty information.
